This continuing care retirement community campus is located on 32 acres of land surrounded by a nature preserve. The senior living facility consists of five new buildings: two seven-story mid-rise apartment buildings, a three-story assisted living building, a single-story memory support building, a three-story health center and a community center attached to the mid-rise buildings. The campus provides surface parking for 228 vehicles and an underground garage for 234 vehicles. Two seven-story mid-rise buildings contain 222 apartments consisting of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The community center includes four restaurants and a bank, a library, a conservatory, a movie theater, an exercise room, an indoor swimming pool and a whirlpool.
